ASSET CLASSES
IN OUR PORTFOLIO
AND WHY WE CHOSE THEM

RESIDENTIAL
Chronic undersupply of homes since 2007, coupled with steady demand, have led to a critical shortage in single and multifamily residences. Further tailwinds were provided by availability of sub-3% Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac financing, strong occupancy rates, and collection rates that never dipped below 90%
INDUSTRIAL
The dramatic spike in online shopping driven by the pandemic has led to a huge shortage of warehousing and distribution space. JLL projects that the U.S. will require an additional one billion square feet of industrial real estate by 2025

MEDICAL OFFICES/LABS
Over the next 10 years, the number of people aged 65 and older will grow by more than 30%. Americans in this age cohort visit the physician’s office nearly six times per year on average, much more frequently than younger people do, so growth in this demographic means an increase in demand for medical offices
